Your enquiry details
The enquiry basket is stored in your browser so you can return to it. Contact form details stay on this page until you choose WhatsApp or email. Those services then process the message under their own privacy terms.
BoxBox uses the information you send to discuss your project and prepare a quotation. Do not include sensitive personal information in an enquiry. To discuss or request removal of information you have sent us, contact sales@boxbox.shop.
What you choose to share
An enquiry can include your name, email address, company, delivery city, product specifications and project brief. The website does not automatically submit this form to a BoxBox database. Preparing an enquiry creates a draft; you choose whether to send it in WhatsApp or your email application. Artwork and further order details may be shared in that conversation.
Browser storage and cookies
Your product selections and product notes are saved on this device using local storage under the key boxbox-enquiry-v1. They remain until you remove them from your enquiry or clear this site's browser data. Use care on shared devices. This website does not currently install advertising pixels or audience analytics cookies.
Website hosting and external services
Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request data, such as IP address, browser information and requested URLs, to deliver and protect the service. We use Google Search Console to understand the site's presence in search; this does not add an advertising tracker to the page. External providers may process data outside Pakistan under their own terms.
When you follow an external link, that service's policy applies: Vercel, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google. Your email provider's policy also applies when sending an email.
Questions, corrections and deletion
Contact sales@boxbox.shop to ask what enquiry information we hold, request a correction or ask for deletion. Please identify the relevant enquiry without sending passwords or identity documents. Ask us about the retention arrangements for your enquiry or order; any applicable record-keeping obligations will be considered when responding to a deletion request.
