Artwork and production
Production begins only after the order details, payment arrangements and artwork approval have been agreed. Confirm spelling, dimensions, colour references and all artwork before approval. Discuss changes, cancellations or any issue with your order directly with BoxBox using your quote reference.
Delivery, changes and order issues
Confirm the delivery address, charges and expected schedule in your written quote. Tell us about a fixed event date before approval. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or does not match the agreed specification, keeping the packaging and relevant photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
Refunds and replacements
If the product you receive does not match what you approved, BoxBox will refund 100% of your money or make a replacement. Contact us with your order details and explain how the delivered product differs from the approved version so we can resolve it.
For a change of plans or cancellation, contact BoxBox to discuss your job before confirming any changes. This website does not offer instant checkout or an automatic refund process.
